Sometimes its hard to find the right words and even harder to break it down into an SMS.
Why not simply telling your iPhone what you want to say and let your phone do the rest?
Thats what this app does: it converts your spoken words in ready to send SMS.

I ended up using "HY9WWRLWK66Y". And I must say, giving it a quick test drive, its not perfect, but once I started speaking slower and louder, it seems pretty accurate. But I am doing this alone in my room, where it is pretty quiet. Im going to give it a more real world environment test drive in the morning and see how it does outside with a little background noise, or while Im driving. But so far, I am impress! Its like Dragon Dictation, but heres the kicker, I ended up turning on the airplane mode to see if it still works without any internet connection, and it does! Now thats a plus!

This works if you do a couple words at a time. But I have high hopes for this app, its got a good UI and feels very intuitive.
Waiting on a response from creator
I have used various speech translation programs. I have NEVER had one with zero accuracy before. A waste of 2 bucks.
Seriously what a hunk of crap. Dont waste your money. I want to use Vlingo, but those idiots require a more recent IOS than I am running. Cant somebody make a workable speech to SMS app that runs on 4.0.1?
If I could choose negative stars I would! It crashes often so often I cant even send a message!
